Went uptown to get my mail came home opened up the Certegy letter and says that i owe the 250.49. For i check written to sears. I went got my bank report and it said that the check was paid. So i called certegy and i got a answering service so i called sears and talked to them for ever and they finally gave me a number where they call. So i called them back and finally got a operater after 10 minutes of being on hold and the lady said that the check had not been posted yet and i told her that the check was posted to my account eleven days ago so she said that i have to go to the bank and get i cerified letter then fax it to them and they would erase the fine, and i told ya i've herd that before and she said the she promises it would happen, so i went to the bank faxed a letter and waited, gee i should have known
I got another letter in the mail. The lady said go to the bank and fax it in i told her i have already done that and i'm going to look like an ass doing it twice, so of course i did it waited and once again another letter saying i owe money i called all pissed off and got tranferred 7 times cause i was being rude, so i said screwed it told the guy how i felt and hung up and mailed a check for the fee and the copy from the bank and i got a letter back say thank you gee how nice
