Over 7 minute hold time to speak to a representative who spoke extremely broken English. Then she was rude to me when I asked for a $2 interest fee to be removed from the account that was supposed to have "no interest" when paid in full before the promotional deadline, which is still one month away. And then she hung up on me and did not allow me to take the short survey to rate the service at the end of the call.
