Such a scam!!! My last payment statement gave me the option to "opt out" of the interest. I called and was assured that I would NOT have to pay deferred interest if I closed the account. I did and guess what? I just received a bill for $1600.00 I called to resolve the issue and AMANDA #7276 was extremely rude and condescending on top of it all! By the looks of all the comments, I think this must somehow be illegal.
