WE had a balance of $260.00. My husband paid it off In September using electronic transfer. He was informed that a $10.00 service charge was included in this transaction. YEAH, we paid it off, good riddens.
Then in October we recieve a bill for $10.13 transaction fee and a. 50 finance charge, not to mention this new bill stated our previous balance was $4.70 more than what we were told to pay this off. Hmmm, so I send a check off THAT DAY, the same day I recieved the bill, for $15.33. Ok were finished.
Two weeks later I recieve a statement charging $15.33 PLUS A LATE FEE of $29.14. A total of $44.47 WHAT THE HE#L.
My husband calls after a LONG conversation with Nick 3Q41 and he assures us to pay off we could do a transaction over the phone of $44.83.. 36 less than our bill.
We told him we wanted to pay the balance on OUR bill and were denied that option. He stated we would have a negative balance then and our account would remain OPEN! WHATEVER. So we do.
The account is supposed to be CLOSED... Just for shi&s and giggles we called two days later to listen to our balance and make sure EVERYTHING IS OVER! Ha! We now have a balance of $26.23. Were Done... They can go ahead and send us all the bills they want... Were suing for illegal practices and harrasment.
