I owed a balance on a bill for 189.80 in order to transfer service i had to pay balance so i was told. Paid balance in full then they tell me i have to pay a 300 deposit since it is a transfer and a new account after bill was paid. I believe i was mislead into paying the bill even after i told them i wanted to pay balance so that i can transfer my provider.
