Tim malis breach of contract, avoid calls, does not return calls, work not completed

Although Tim Malis is the primary owner of corporate shares, his son Nick Malis runs the organization. Both men are thieves.

Their organization, Home Defense Foundation, promises to investigate and remove all record of foreclosure history from clients' credit reports and County record history for a significant fee. The company claims to have an Intellectual Property patent titled " Method of Removing a Foreclosure via Judicial Determination" Ser No. 61/422,999.

When I showed an interest in their service Nick Malis called me nearly everyday selling what they could do for me. Nick Malis emphasized that their company offered a written money back guarantee. It is in fact written into their service contract "if HOME DEFENSE & its attorney or assigns is not able to remove your foreclosure off of your credit file within 12 months, WE WILL REFUND YOUR ENTIRE FEE, THIS IS OUT MONEY BACK GUARANTEE OF SERVICE".

While very skeptical, I relied upon that promise and the character and honor of Nick Malis and Tim Malis when I bought into the program for a $4,000 fee. Once they had my money, my phone went silent. Calls and emails went largely unanswered. Communication was nearly completely cut off. When I did reach one of the Malis' they always had an excuse for not being available... They were sick or a relative died etc.

The last time I reached Nick Malis and demanded my money back because the company had not been successful removing my foreclosure from my credit file, Nick point blank asked me in a very cocky tone "what are you gonna do?" as if to say I got your money and you can't touch me.

Well Nick and TIm my money maybe be gone but this note will reach many people researching you for future business. My message to those of you looking to do business with either of these two men is this, I have caught both men lying, I have caught both men breaching their contract with me and neither of these two men have had the courage to accept a phone call from me since September (close to 100 attempts to reach either one) to discuss my case and the money they owe me.

Nick Malis does many real estate office presentations to discuss how his company can help Realtors' clients. Based on the service provided to me and the blatant breach of contract, had I been referred to by a Realtor I would sue that Realtor.
