We were directed to this company through our mortgage company because we were behind on payments and facing foreclosure. We spoke with the company being promised a loan modification to save our home. We faxed them tons of personal information such as paycheck stubs, bank statements and tax information. We were set up to make 3 monthly payments of $965 each for 3 months, to this company. The funds were taken directly from our bank checking account. Once they received their last payment from us, we received an e-mail stating they had submitted all documents to our mortgage company for modification. The e-mail stated they would be in contact with us in 10 business days for a follow-up. We never heard another word from them. We are unable to reach them by phone either. And, we are now in foreclosure on our home. Almost $3000 we paid to them, which we could have used to pay on our mortgage.
