Bank of America Health Savings Accounts
Terrible Customer Service, Debit Cards always declined, Excessive Fees - even $25 to CLOSE your account!

Bank of America's Health Savings Accounts are a RIP OFF! They charge $4.50 per month per account. They issue "debit cards" which are usually declined when you try to use them. I became so frustrated that I called to cancel my account (hold time almost 30 minutes), and was charged $25.00 to CLOSE my account. Unbelievable!!! Go somewhere other than Bank of America to administer your HSA!
