Poor Customer Service, Dispute Office Refuses to Correct their own Problem - World Points Credit Card

We changed addresses last year and called Bank of America to change our address on our Bank of America accounts. The customer service agent changed all of our accounts except for one of our credit cards that we rarely used. They changed our debit account, savings account, and one credit card, but forgot our other credit card. There was a small balance on this card, and we never received a bill.instead of contacting us they sold this credit card to a collection agency who have been harassing us for a month, and the Bank of America customer service has been horrible in trying to help us. After hours of talking we finally reached an agent in the disputes department who admitted it was Bank of America's fault and said that he would have it resolved within 30 days. We called back a few weeks later and they said that it was being researched. A few weeks after that we called again and the agent pretended like she didnt know anything and after informing her of the situation she said the previous agents were wrong and that it is impossible for the bank to help people after they sell a credit card to a credit agency. So one of the two agents is lying. We are now stuck paying a bill that has over 300 dollars in penalties for their mistakes. If this is not resolved we will cancel all our accounts with BankofAmerica and never use them for anything again.
