Bank of America has charged me over $3000 in overdraft and nsf fees on just my business account in the last year alone. It seems they have an answer to everythting except how I'm supposed to get my money back. Who charges someone an overdraft fee on something that is pending. Can someone please explain to me how I can get charged a fee for not having the money in my account when the money is in my account and there charging me a fee for assuming it won't be. And they make sure that that happens. I have run into every possible road block with these people and they hav ekept my accounts in the red for months now. Something has to be done. Now they are charging my girlfriend overdraft fees and nsf fees on her own money. They took money from her checking, did anyone relise that if you have a savings account that Bank of America now, without notifying anyone, takes $25 a month now from your checking and deposits it in your savings. Wait it gets better. If you don't have the money Bof A well automatically loan you the money. What great guys!!! Well they took hers which caused on overage, charged her overdreaft protection fee of $10, protecting her from her own money I suppose, and $35 overdraft fee. Then they turn around in the same day take back there money which they so graciously loaned her, which now causes a overage in her savings on then turns around and hits her for the overdraft fees on any other transaction in her checking that were proccessing at the time. How is this fair. I could go on for days aboiut my situation but why waste by breath anymore? It soesn't seem to matted to them that I have put almost a Quarter of a million dollars through there doors this year and they have to steal from me. Screw you Bank of America!!!
