Was in auto accident in July called Capitol one to activate payment protection, I was told then ok your benefits are activated after 5months of physical rehab in hospital I come home to find out that Capitol one had dropped the ball and account was 5month delinquent and no payments were recieved from payment protection and card was restricted and wanted full balance paid and card closed after being placed on hold for hrs and transfers to all kinda different dept there is no accountability on there part according to them it's up to consumer to do there job and pay for it when they don't do there's! CapitolOne is a scam with all there fees and fine print that they don't disclose to you! Thankx Capitol one merry Xmas to you scam artist, Do not Apply for credit with them. It will hurt your score more than help it!!
