Absolute nightmare; Brought voucher back in July. Firstly they changed the venue from the town centre location as advised to another venue which is an hours walk away. They take days to respond to emails, ask you to book yourself in on links that do not work.
Have been told they are now fully booked until next year! (the voucher expires 9-2!! AND THEY ONLY SOLD 136 VOUCHERS) Have now tried to call Groupon s Customer Complaints to get a refund: Premium rate number that assures they deal with all groupon complaints said they couldn't help and to call another number which had a recorded message saying the phonelines are down for a week for updating. Emailed them no response as yet.
