Just booked my next pamper day at j2a - i cancelled the first one as i read all the reviews on here but then was given a voucher for my birthday so thought i had better go, dreaded it but can honestly say from start to finish was brilliant. The staff were ALL fantastic, the treatments could not be faulted, the afternoon tea delicious and I cant wait to go back - whats more have got more vouchers (direct from the salon) for xmas gifts for my 3 sisters!
