My partner bought these vouchers as a treat i then booked in for the treatments at j2a salon. On arrival i was told i may have to wait by the manager who was very abrupt. I was then taken downstairs into a cold dirty basement. I had to leave my coat on throughout the treatment and the therapist just hacked away at my nails. For lunch we recieved watery soup and hard bread. It was disgraceful. Then we were rushed out of the salon and did't feel comfortable.: (Overall dissapointed
