I attempted to book a treatment through GROUPON in December but got a message to say site was busy, try later. I did this and booked a voucher. When i went to check vouchers, 2 were booked. I e-mailed - 4 times to try and cancel one and then tryed phoning, to be told phone lines were not opperational until mid Jan. To add to this, the business has not been answering the phone, so i have not been able to even use 1 of the vouchers!
