Customer Support Supervisor did not return telephone calls at corporate headquarters. They're a laugh! Whole company doesn't worry about customer support. Issue with salon, unprofessional towards the max. Don't make use of the Ulta Salons they don't understand what they're doing.inexperienced designers. Visit for keratin therapy and hair-cut. Ulta terminated visit without calling, they mentioned after I came that corporate didn't deliver the merchandise for that keratin therapy and attempted to contact me. Visit was created thirty days ahead of time. Was informed stylist required the day off because of the termination with no one was there to actually reduce my hair. Went 45 minutes to and in the salon for this and required each day from work with this.
