Ulta-horrible service from the stylist and manager as well

I went to Ulta salon twice out of 7 bookings (they cancelled 5). Out of the two times that they granted me their time, I had only one good experience. I went to the Ulta Salon in Flower Mound TX. When I did book an appointment with them, they called me back and told me that they had to cancel it, or they asked me to come in at different time, so I would have to re-schedule the babysitter for my 2 little kids to accomodate them. One time I even went so far as to ask them not to call me back and to change the time. Sure enough they called me and asked me to come 30 minutes earlier, since I could not get the babysitter to change her schedule, so they would not tale me. Finally they managed to take me yesterday. I was 15 minutes late. The manager and the stylist both met me with very unhappy faces and told me that they couldn't take me at all, even though they had booked me for 1 hour of their time and all I needed was a styling (no cut) so I could go to my friends birthday celebration. I pleaded with them to just do what they could in the remaining 45 minutes. Stylist was mad and did a horrible work. I had to scramble around and finally ended up at the salon at JC Penny of all places, and they actually did a better job on my hair than Ulta had done the last time I was there (thank you JC Penny Salon). Needless to say, I will never return to Ulta, since they don't seem to understand that going to the salon is supposed to be a pleasant experience.
