I obtained the toughest hair-cut from Maggie at Ulta (Union Space, Washington Department). I returned 3 months later, just since I had a need to get my hair fixed. I returned so Maggie might correct the sliced work she formerly left me with, she made things worst and chanrged me $45 more. After I reported about spending $45 for that bad-hair cut all she'd state is she's 10 years experience so thats just how much she costs. Well I believe occasions have transformed and he or she must return to beauty college. I'll never visit Ulta again since personally I think they're not truthful and all-they worry about may be the profitline and never the client.
