I purchased two 4-hour city tours of Vancouver, BC in February. When I phoned 24 hours in advance of the date I wanted to use the coupons I was informed by the merchant that the tours don't operate until May and then only if he has 4 full-fare customers. The merchant blames Groupon for not allowing him to post in the ad that the tours do not operate until May, even though the ad was posted in February. Groupon blames me for not phoning the merchant in February when I purchased the coupons to inquire about a booking for April. Groupon says "subject to availability" means that I can't get my money back even though there was no indication availability didn't begin until May and I bought in February expecting to be able to book in April.
