Having booked well in advance we travelled an hour to play Ansty Golf course. Despite the Gropon Voucher stating that to redeem the voucher just show the Merchant the groupon on the mobile app or print. The staff two staff at Ansty Pro Shop claimed that they needed the groupon printed off in order for them to redeem it with Groupon so that they got paid. The unfriendly duo had no helpful suggestions as to how this matter could be resolved. After showingthem the groupon on screen and emailing the groupon to them, they still insisted that there was an additional security code needed. After about 30 minutes, suddenly one of them logged on to the groupon merchants site, entered the security code and within seconds redeemed the Groupon. It is blatantly apparent that they could have done this as soon as we arived, but were angling to get us to pay full price knowing that we had travelled 50 miles to play.
