Bought a voucher from Groupon for a local Arizona merchant. The merchant cancelled appointment twice, removed their website, and even vacated their premises! After a dozen emails Groupon still insists that I contact the local merchant to get service! This is after me pointing out that they don't answer their phone and their office is closed!
