I purchased a NETBOOK on April 22 and called On the 12th business day to find out the status.
I misread the "FINE PRINT" to say 7 to 14 (elapsed days) and fully expected that I should have recieved my product by then or AT THE LEAST have tracking information. And if that can't happen automatically, there should be TANGIBLE information that customer service could provide.
I do alot of online shopping, and my experiences with eBAY, AMAZON and individual online vendors is that stuff shows on my doorstep
We are on the 15th business day. Still no tracking information. I have to wait til next Thursday to see if it miraculously shows up on my doorstep.
So I am waiting, regretting that I made this purchase. Unable to go out an buy a different netbook (I don;t need 2 netbooks).
If it doesn't show up by next Thurday, I wonder if I will get my money back? Or if Customer Service will apologize for the inconvenience, and say alot ot lame fluff things to make me go away...
Never never buy goods from GROUPON!!!
This is totally unacceptable. This is 1960's thinking. And to think that the year is 2012. Come on GROUPON, get professional! Get with the times.
