I ordered two 7" Netbooks from ProSource Wireless for my daughters for christmas in 2011. I was VERY disappointed when I received the first netbook and I could not get connected to the internet. I had several people take a look and give it a try and still no luck.

In addition to the netbook not connecting to the internet like I was told it would when I called and ordered it and as advertised, ProSource messed up the shipping for the second netbook. I had to call and tell them that they had given the same tracking # for both netbooks yet I had only received one at that point.

Well, after receiving the second netbook, I called and asked for return information. The customer service rep. Then asked why I wanted to return them and I told her why. I got the address and return information and asked when and what refund should I be looking for tho be refunded. GET THIS! - they do not refund the battery or any accessories AT ALL and they charge a $25.00 restocking fee!!! Are you KIDDING ME!!!

So now I have no netbooks - because they didn't work like advertised - or battery for notebook and I'm out $70.00 out of a total order cost of $215.00. I don't wish bad happenings but karma will come back and bite you in the butt!!
