I used this groupon today and was very dissatisfied.
My wifes car was not cleaned as we had hoped. I spoke with the attendant and the manager. I had complaints about the smeared dirt on the seats. About scuff marks on the divers seat, about the steering wheel dirt, about the windows that had not even been rolled down to clean the upper edges where they meet the door... Etc. The seat belts were not even touched.
Where was the 'meticulous scrub-down' I paid for?
Since I had purchased through groupon I was made to feel like a second class customer. And "TOM' the manager refused to help.
I paid $90 plus tax... I thought I was getting a great deal... What I got was a car wash..' not a full-service detailing (up to a $290 value)'
I want a refund. Groupon promised that...
