Do not use this so called detailing shop. They are a shoddy operation with very poor customer service.
I purchased 2 groupon coupons and booked my appointments. When I went to pick up my first car, it was just 2 guys washing cars with a bucket. They had not finished the car and told me that they could not do my other car that day. After taking my car home, I realized that they did not even touch the engine or trunk. They lied to my face and stated that they did not know how to open the trunk. As an aside, they said the exact same thing to my friend, who had taken his car there a few days before.
The next day, I took my minivan in. When I went to pick it up, there was a chip on the door, the inside of the windows were not even touched and there was residue all over the dash as they had used dirty rags. The trunk again had not been touched and neither was the engine. The owner would not give me the keys to the van unless I paid extra for the oversized vehicle, tax and gratuity. I was in a hurry as I had my family with me so I had to give in to his demand. I asked for a receipt and this really got him flustered. My wife thought that an altercation may ensue.
He told me to call groupon about my experience if I wasn't happy.
I did call Groupon. They were apologetic and issued a full refund. They told me that others had also complained about this shoddy operation.
Beware this outfit!
