AM Beauty renamed Mm Beauty -salon based in Knightsbridge

I purchased a deal from LivingSocial for a years worth of IPL laser with AM Beauty (now renamed MM Beauty) based in Knigtsbridge. On first visit the staff highlighted how importat it was to have treatments ever 4 weeks in order for the treatment to be successful. So I booked up 4 months of sessions. The first session was not at all professional. I arrived 10 mins early for my appointment but was told I had to wait half an hour. I couldn't understand the logic of this so demanded that I have my treatment when I was scheduled for as I had it booked in a lunch break. They all spoke in their own language amongst one another and the man in the waiting room was told to wait whilst I had my treatment done. He seemed to be a friend of the staff as they all appeared friendly and familiar with each other.
The second session I attended was fine: maybe because I was the first session of the day.
The third session is where the issue occurred. I stayed late at work so I could attend the appointment, again arrived 10 mins early only to find the salon was shut. I tried calling but heard the message "your call cannot be taken and you cannot leave a message. Please call back later". Well I was livid. These appointments had been booked well in advance and I canot understand why all of a sudden they had all disappeared. I got home and emailed the salon to explain the situation and my disgust at their lack of cstomer service. I attempted to call them for the next two days but continued to hear he same message played to me
I then contacted Living Social and exlained the whole situation and requested arefund as I did not want to undergo treatment with an unreliable salon. Living social said they would investigate and get back to me via email. The emal responses I received were simply telling methat I should try to call again as when they call they can get through. So again I tried to call the company on the number provided on the voucher (as suggesed by Living Social) but still heard the message I had done all along. Again I contated Living Social who then provided me with a link to the salon and told me to email them. As instructed I did just that but to this day have no received an email back from them.
I then turn to Living Social who I find are not at all helpful. They have done nothing but email me to tell me How to contact the merchant. This is not helping to resolve the issue. I cannot get though to the merchant and rather then offering to fix the problem, I feel Living Social are happy to sit back and let their customers suffer. I have nev had Problems with Groupon and KGB deals but Living Social are a company I shall not be using again EVER. I will not be recommending them to anyone but will instead warn others to avoid this company all together.
In my opinion Living Social and AM beauty or MM Beauty (or whatever it chooses to next name itself to run away from negative reviews) are as bad as each other. Any merchant should also beware and avoid getting invold with such a company.
