I've quit 8 voicemails (since no body replies the telephone) and that I've delivered many emails for this horse riding service without any repsonse. I've a Groupon that is going to end and also havenot had the opportunity to setup classes since this service wont contact or email me back. This isn't the very first time it has occurred when utilizing a Groupon. I believe that companies supply Groupons to clients however they do not wish to cope with the aftermath. The company has gotten their cash so that they don't care when they supply customer support or not. I invested lots of cash with this Groupon for 6 classes for my child and that Iam really upset that I'venot had the opportunity to plan any classes on her. This occurred having a Groupon I purchased for dancing classes.
I'll never buy a Groupon again.
