Groupon undoubtedly POSSESS THE WORST customer support I've ACTUALLY run into. They're good so long as the groupon offer operates easily, however should you ever require a reimbursement then this simply wont occur, even when it had been not your problem (in my own situation the organization didn't supply the products I purchased through Groupon...) They create countless guarantees and not honor them, I am still awaiting my £20 reimbursement more than 3 weeks later... I am truly disappointed with my encounter with Groupon and certainly will NEVER utilize them again!!!
