Hello I have direc tv and I have a lot of problems with it my tv goes out a lot not only if the wather is Bad like to day we were in the middle of a foot ball game when are tv went out once a gain we call direc tv to be told we have to wait a week to have some one come out to look at are tv it is three days before thanks giving my kids are out of school and all they can tell me is that code 771a they have to send some one no one knows how to fix it and all they could do for me is tell to wait so for anyone who are trying to get derec tv please do not it is not worth the head ace keep cable you may pay a little higher bill but they do have people who is able to come out to fix the problem with out the wait time I think cable is better any day that why we are going back to comcast the Allen family ps and if direc tv ever tell you to call
