Hello I have been having so many problems with Directv today is Nov 22 I have been calling them all night because I have a lot of people who are comeing into town and I have no tv for my family to watch and all directv told me was they will give me 14.00 off my next bill AND THEY CAN NOT SEND ANYONE TO MY HOUSE TELL FRIDAY LOL... BUT DID THEY NOT UNDERSTAND MY TV KEEP GOING OUT FROM A CODE OF 771A AND THEY WON'T ME TO WAIT FIVE DAYS WITH OUT NO TV AT ALL THANKS BUT NO THANKS IF THAT HOW THEY DO THERE PAYING CUSTOMER PLESE DON'T SEND ANY ONE TO MY HOME AND PS FOR THE LADY WHO TOLD ME TO CALL
