Customer complaint - Billing Dept is very inadequate

I was dealing with Direct TV. My landlord moved into my house, and I was forced to move. The place where I moved does not allow Direct TV. I had to cancel service. They were to send me a box to return equipment. That never happened. Then I found out the hard way that they took 515.00 out of my checking account without my knowledge. I called them, and of course they apologized and said they would send me a box for my equipment. Since I had been waiting so long, the gentleman on the phone told me that he would put in a special request for me to get my money put into my account in a week. The box came and I sent the equipment back, but my account received no money. I called again. The person I talked to said that I was given wrong information, but they received the equipment and I would have the money in my account by January 16. Well, it is Jan. 16, and no money! I called once again. They told me I was given wrong information again and that it would take thirty days to receive my money into my account! I am a single grandmother, raising a granddaughter. I work hard. I struggle for everything that I have. I cannot afford this kind of runaround! I want some satisfaction. All I asked for is the money that I am due!
