I began with DirecTV in 2008. Sales people so friendly and helpful. But once you are locked in I had my the rates go up (started your contract keeps extending). Now Im am trying to cancel after almost 5 years of service and they bill me with a $200plus cancelation fee. They have had my bill incorrect on three occassions. I have spent close to two hours talking to and fighting over getting it corrected. Throughout the years I have not cancelled due to the threat of the these horrible canelation fees. Dont get suckered into signing up. Its looks great at first but you stuck forever.
