For 2 years now my husband and I have been dealing with DIRECTV billing us the wrong amount. He has spent approximately 20 hours on the phone with them ad every time we thought the issue was resolved we would get another bill.
We had to move and put our service on hold and at this point we would rather just opt out and cancel it but the cancellation fee is almost as much as it is to just pay out the rest of the contract. Now, for the past 2 days we have been waiting for someone to come and install the new dish. They were supposed to be here yesterday morning, then the afternoon, then the evening, then this morning, and so on. It seems that the company is so large they have no idea what they are doing and no one is accountable for anything. Worst service ever.
Shame on this company for being able to get away with treating its customers so badly because they are huge and there is nothing to be done about it.
