Purchased Chelsea Day Spa deals few months back. Have been trying to call them on the number provided with the deal for over 2 mnths now but it always goes on voicemail. I emailed their customer service who insisted I kept trying to call the number as that's the only way to get an appointment using the Grouponon voucher. When I still coudn't get through, I emailed again and this time the cust service didn't even reply to my email. I feel stuck!
Have decided never to use Groupon again for Spa deals.
