I bought a spa deal for Singapore as I will be there in April and have used deals all over the world with no problem... Until now... When I went to book the day with the company I was told it ws for nationals only so I was not allowed to have it being British with a UK passport!
To add I sult to injury I asked for a refund and Groupon advised me that I would only get this in credits with Groupon Singapore... I have looked at all their deals and I am exempt as I am British and live in the UK... So I cannot use any of the deals but can only get credits which are useless to me.
I have emailed their customer support 3 times and have had to no reply... I am so angry at being not only ripped off but discriminated against. I will never use them again!!!
