I and my sister have had the most stressful time ever and will never trust or buy any deals from Groupon again. Groupon associates with a company 'Healing Hands' in Finchley, London. My sister travelled all the way from Europe and i from Luton for this appointment. We reach London and i phone to re-confirm the appointment. The woman says there is no appointment and that it has been cancelled. She gave no reasonable explanation why they cancelled it. They didn't even bother to phone me to tell me of any cancellations. I am furious, i paid £84 for the deal and another £75 for the journey. I am ill and cannot make this sort of journey again. I want my money back. I am disgusted with this service and no one seems to be refunding my money back. I cannot afford to lose this amount of money. This was meant to be my sister's birthday present, it is ruined now. We have been very let down by Groupon and the company Healing Hands that they associate with.
