I have recently purchased a voucher at Groupon Italy for the Chi Ha Incastrato Alice in Milano, intending to use it while visiting the city.
However, once trying to reserve a table through a specialized Groupon affiliate websited, I have found that all seats are taken until September 11, whereas I'm visiting Milano on August 23-24. Speaking to the restaurant manager, she implied that they have available tables, but if I want to get the deal, I have to reserve it through the website only.
Hence, I won't be able to use the voucher I have purchased. Speaking with the restaurant itself, they have suggested to address Groupon and request a refund.
I have sent an e-mail to Groupon Italy requesting to cancel my voucher and refund its cost due to the impossibility to use it. However, more than 2 days have passed, and I haven't received ANY answer at all.
This is not a way to take care of customers.
