My direct tv box broke, when i called to get it replaced they offered me the HD box for free, I jud had to pay the shipping.in my next statement I was charged $100.00 for the box, when we called to ask for a refund they said they would credit the money back and gave me a confirmation number. Next month I noticed the money had not been credited, when I called to complaint they said they didn't honor their promise to credit the money and said the confirmation number given to me didn't mean anything.
