In the beginning I ordered "Wild Blue" internet with my Direct TV after being told that it was as fast as my Cox cable internet. I fell for the lie, it was almost exactly 100x slower (I ran several speed tests, not an exaggeration: 100x slower). My mothers AOL dial up was actually faster. So I had to sign up for the fastest package Direct TV had that cost more than Cox, after Direct TV informed me that this was the only way to get my speed up to where they said it should be. Nope that didn't work either, so I had it turned off after having it for up and running for 30 minutes, that was a $250 mistake! No refund's for lies with Direct TV. Now I got suckered into ordering the NFL High Definition package. Guess what, I didn't get anything they promised, at all. I've missed 8 weekends so far. Another $250 mistake! This company thinks it's good business to steal money from it customers, to date I am out $500. I will be terminating them as soon as I can! Oh and the is going to cost me another $250 or so and it's well worth it to get rid of them once and for all, I have not one good thing to say about Direct TV. Save yourselves lots of money and stay away from Direct TV!!!
