I was all ready to switch from Frontier to Wild Blue Internet service from Direct TV. Here's what they don't tell you. You have to install a completely different satellite dish on your roof. You only have 14 days to return the service if you are dissatisfied - but they couldn't tell me if I would get my money back. They do not tell you that you are locked into a 12 month contract. Direct TV customer service knows NOTHING about Wild Blue internet. Come to find out, WB is slower than my Frontier DSL service (unlike their "lighting fast" claim). Wild Blue is only for rural areas who have dial up service and want a slightly faster internet connection. Thank God the installers were honest with me.
