I have been going around with Direct for 3mos. Just trying to get the dvr package that I thought I was getting in the beginning. The higher ups there finally told the salesman that put it in, to put a dvr that cost $25 per mon. The salesman talked me into changing from dish to direct. Do not direct tv is awful!!!
