Inaccurate information - Bundle Package

Today after an hour on the phone with customer service representatives from ATT. It ends up that in my bundled service of Direct TV and ATT high-speed internet. I am not eligible for the reward card for half of the value of my internet modem unless I switch my Direct TV billing to be through ATT which would be a net loss of $5/mo in discounts (I was told by customer service at Direct TV that I would be eligible for this.) I have been given misinformation a number of times by Direct TV. More of an effort should be made to give accurate information. My satisfaction with the information provided by Direct TV customer service is very low. It took hours of my time on the phone with Direct TV and ATT for it to be figured out that my original order for bundled high speed internet with ATT had never ever been submitted to ATT by the direct TV customer service person with whom I placed the initial order. Then today I have spent up over an hour talking to ATT representatives to find that I have to lose a net $5 each month to qualify for a reward card that Direct TV customer service told me I would receive. I resent wasting my time because of misinformation.
