We joined Direct Buy under HIGH PRESSURE sales tactics - should have known better, because it cost us $5,800 to join for 2 years! We had high hopes, since we had two bathrooms to remodel and plans to build a house on vacation property. WE HAVE NOT PURCHASED ONE THING FROM DIRECT BUY because every single thing we needed was priced lower on the internet, many things even including free delivery. If you have access to the internet, there's NO GOOD REASON to join Direct Buy! Unfortunately, they only give you a limited time to get your money back (after you've learned that their prices are not as good as they said), unlike many places that will grant a full refund AT ANY TIME you become dissatisified.
