I have a current account at Citibank. I transferred money to another bank using an online transfer. After a few days, the other bank reversed the full amount back to my Citibank account. Even 9 days after I gave Citibank the reversal information, they have not credited my money to my account. Whenever I call their call center, they put me on hold for about 10 minutes to see the status and say they will put in a request to the department. I am not sure how many days it is going to take. To my knowledge, it should not take more than a day or two (in rare cases) for the amount to show back in the account. I hope this unfriendly bank will credit my money to my account.
