Samsung Washer Stopped Draining and Repair Was Two Weeks Away

I bought a Samsung washer. Quit draining. They can't send anybody out for 2 weeks. Now that is service for you. I would not recommend Sears to no one and will not buy anything from them again. Their Service sucks.
