I live in Northeast Kansas. I purchased a Kenmore Elite Steam Washer & Steam Dryer in March along with an extended warranty. During the July 4th weekend the washer began giving error codes and quit washing. Upon contacting the Sears Repair Service I was informed the earliest I could have a technician at my residence was over TWO WEEKS. Two weeks. Beware if you are considering buying any type of Sears large appliance. This will be my LAST Sears purchase. A company's products are only as good as the service after the sale.
