Courteous repairman but four-hour window too long

Repairman was nice and courteous. He was tidy and cleaned up after himself.

I would recommend this person—0523142.

I do recommend that Sears become a little more time conscience a four window in this area is a little much. I think Sears could make it a 2 hour window and still provide excellent service to its customers. Thanks!
