Manager Dismissed Complaint About Wing Order and Hung Up

I made a online order at the O'Fallon MO location off of Veterans Memorial Dr. I asked for all drums on my hot wing order.
When called to tell me they can't do that I asked to speak to a manager the manager stated loud enough for me to hear him we are to busy to talk right now. When I stated that I wanted his name and wanted to talk to the store manager the manager stated to cancel my order then I spoke with him he told me that he was the store manager then later in the call he stated that Jaqulin was the store manager then when i asked for a complaint number he stated that we don't have one then hung up!!!
