On the above date i went to the store to find out if i could cancal my layaway the assossicate called the manager so the manager came up to the reigster and i explain to him that i want to cancel my layaway he responsed to me that i cant cancel this layaway cause it was 1 month then as he looks at the reciept the month is not till nov 28 so he said you cant cancel layaway cause now the store will end up lossing cause we are holding all this merchandise in the back and we could of sold it and now our store will be losing and i stated to him why if i cancel it now all that need to be done is put out on the sales floor and he stated that i would be put on a book that stated i will no longer be able to do layaways for them anymore. So he was very nasty about ruined about the way to spoke to me so even after that i walked away and said for get it.
Then about 10 minutes later i went back to the store and asked for the corpit number and he stated why did i want it and i stated that i wanted to call and find out that what he stated to me is correct and at this time he asked me for my reciept and stated to the assosicate to do the return i will never return to the store to do any business with them cause he had no right talking to me the way he did and stated that my name was going to be put in the book never cant do layaways again and i thought why would he state that and handle the situation that way and i here from the great vin that i am not the only one that he has treated this way.
