It was my first visit, and it will be the last. I dropped off my miniature schnauzer today for a bath and de-matting, with no shave. The groomer, Erica, performed the "grooming" terribly. When I picked up my dog, she seemed skittish, nervous and uncomfortable. Back at home I discovered that Erica had done no de-matting whatsoever. Her legs, her chin area and her chest were still a tangled mess. She had also shaved the belly, poorly, and left the skin irritated with red marks. The dog hurt so much that she flinched whenever I touched her legs. She got a fever after getting home. The groomers and other employees were unprofessional, lazy, thoughtless, careless and abusive. I will not bring my pet back, and I will warn everyone I know to avoid the place too. This is disgusting. Grooming should not be part of their business.
